Severity Level Normal: MyUniSIM Blackboard is functioning properly
Severity Level 1: Intermittent error or slowness encountered with access to on-line study materials, discussion forums or Blackboard Collaborate.
Severity Level 2: Intermittent error or slowness encountered with student assignment submission including TurnItIn, Blackboard quiz, pre-class quiz, TMA, GBA and ECA.
Severity Level 3: SIM HQ’s Blackboard LMS is down and MyUniSIM Blackboard is running from an alternate system in Management House (MH). Degraded performance is to be expected as the system is of a lower capacity. Schools, faculty and students should anticipate manual assignment submission if the system fails to cope with massive user load.
Severity Level 4: Blackboard Systems at SIM HQ and MH sites are both down. Students are required to submit assignments manually with specific instructions from schools.
